Unified Collaborative Communications Community Connects at InfoComm 2013

Fairfax, VA – March 21, 2013 – InfoComm 2013 and IMCCA, the video conferencing and telepresence association, have partnered to bring the latest unified collaborative conferencing products, solutions and training to InfoComm. The largest commercial audiovisual show, InfoComm 2013, will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, June 8-14.  More than 100 manufacturers are participating in a 50,000 square-foot exhibitor floor pavilion showcasing cutting-edge products.   InfoComm 2013 will join together the leading innovators of telepresence, conferencing and unified communications to discuss and showcase the most current advances and best practices for the audiovisual and IT professional.

Unified Collaborative Conferencing Pavilion

The Unified Collaborative Conferencing Pavilion, located on the show floor, will showcase the software and systems that enable flawless face-to-face communication from anywhere in the world. The developers and manufacturers will be on hand to provide every solution for a highly functioning system, including:

 

●        Room systems

●        Mobile and cloud-based conferencing solutions

●        Codecs, network bridges and gateways

●        Voice over IP, conference phones and cameras

 

The pavilion will feature more than 100 exhibitors representing the complete range of unified collaborative communications technologies. Exhibiting companies include AVI-SPL; Cisco; Dimension Data; LifeSize,  A division of Logitech; Polycom; RADVISION, an Avaya Company; and Vidyo.

 

The Collaborative Conferencing Program and Exhibit at InfoComm 2013 will address the challenges and opportunities facing today’s visual conferencing and unified communications solutions professionals.

 

Program highlights include:

  • Super Tuesday Session: Unified Communications and Collaboration

Tuesday, June 11, 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

This full-day session explains how unified communications enters the meeting space from an AV perspective and explores the current market, mobility, virtualization and the cloud.

  • IMCCA Partner Training

IMCCA will offer two days of targeting programming co-located at InfoComm 2013 for those seeking the best in unified collaborative conferencing. From mobile and desktop integration to the state of the industry, the trainings span the hottest topics from the ground work to the groundbreaking.

  • IMCCA State of the Industry Lunch & Learn 2013

Wednesday, June 12, noon – 2:00 p.m.

Join industry experts and senior executives as they address the latest issues related to conferencing, collaboration, and unified communications.
